My coworkers and I have finally decided to put in a complaint about our manager.

He is genuinely an awful person but he has gotten so many people fired and / or bullied them into quitting because the higher ups love him. Because of this everyone has been too scared to complain but we finally all decided to do it. We're hoping that if we compile everything and all hand it in together he can't target us all.
