My current job is trying to relocate me with none of the above reimbursement/package/raise end of January 2023

This is my first Reddit post so please excuse my understanding of how posts work. I 24 M have been working for my company for about 1 year and 6 months upon graduating from university. They are trying to relocate us back to the main office. I’ve been working remote since I was hired and was told they would relocate us once the heath conditions were “safe”. I have been looking for other jobs within my area but can’t seem to land anything. I graduated with a bachelors in Business Marketing but my current role is within accounting. It’s been difficult trying to find a job in a different field of expertise since what i am doing now doesn’t correlate to marketing. Any help is appreciated!
