My employer has an issue with my attendance and has called for a meeting

Hey everyone, I need some advice. I was recently contacted by my employer about my attendance and I'm feeling anxious about the situation. I work from home in sales and I've had this job for over a year. I'm a casual worker and I'm usually rostered for 38 hours per week. During this month I've missed about four days due to personal or medical issues. Recently I had to call in sick and my employer contacted me and told me that me missing work has become an issue and that we need to talk about my availability. They want to have a private meeting just the two of us. I didn't like the tone of the email and I thought that casual workers had more of a flexible schedule.
