I was just wondering the legality of this? I got fairly ill, Flu-Like symptoms (fever, headache, vomiting, etc.) and HR is making me try and get a doctors note. Playing devils advocate, I did try and use vacation PTO for today just because our vacation PTO doesn’t roll into the new year and I was just requesting random days to use it, and it got denied, but that was months ago and I’ve completely forgotten about it. Idk it has me all stressed out when I should be resting, also can I even get a doctors note for today if I see my doctor on Monday?
