My employer knows full well my area needs two people to stay on time and for a year and a half me and another dude bossed it with no issues. Finished on time every day. Now I still get someone but only an hour and half later than I told what time they need to send someone. But… that means I finish an hour late… and I’m allowed to arrive 30 mins late. Now I’m raking in the overtime (just less than 1k a month) and just like ¯_(ツ)_/¯ I’m only human and can only work so fast. Its not my fault if I finish late
