I live in an opt-out state so it’s required that I am provided a paystub from my employer. I had to track my own hours on excel (fyi this is a small business but apparently he couldn’t find a timekeeping/payroll system that worked for him so I had to track my own hours – smells fishy) and send them over and they would deposit the money into my account on payday. I never requested paystubs (dumb I know) but aren’t they required to be automatically given to you or a way to access them? I left the job a few days ago and don’t know if there’s anything I should do about this. Thanks!
