I (25/m) have been working at an emissions testing place since September early on the manager was fired for assaulting me.
I found out through the new manager today that the old manager has been coming by taking pictures and sending them to the owners and keeping track of what we do and texting the owner. The owner is ignoring it claiming he's not gonna do anything violent where as I don't feel safe at work entirely now.
I think tommorow I'm gonna try and get a restraining order on my previous manager.
