As this states .. my gf was fired from her job. She has had some issues. She’s missed multiple days of work. All with dr note. She is under the care of a psychiatrist. They placed her on a 5150 hold and wouldn’t allow her access to her phone so she could call them.
Back track 3 months ago same thing. They worked through this but when the dr said they wanted her in a 20 hour a week program her work said they would not garntee they would hold her position as it was a 40 hour position.
Mental health is important…
We are in ca. is this legal.
She needs a job, she needed job for health care. Now she has no job and loosing health care….
