My girlfriend waited an hour for an interview that didn’t happen

This is an online interview. She clocked in on time, double checked the link and attendance time, and waited. And waited. She hung up after an hour. The company texted her and asked to reschedule for Monday. I told her not to take it at all, because they clearly don't care about her time wasted and it's probably a test to see how much she'll put up with. She took the reschedule anyway, figuring she can at least use the interview for practice if she doesn't get the job. Do you all think that it's a red flag for a company to make an interviewee wait for an hour? I think it's probably to see how much how much she'll put up with. Or am I being overly judgmental?
