At the interview, I explained how I have a BA. I was told I would be paid the lowest offering amount since I don’t have paid experience in the field (only volunteer work).
When I went in a few days later to start, my employer (who interviewed and hired me) assumed I had only finished high school and I had to clarify that I went to college.
It’s not a big place at all. There are probably under 30 employees there.
I’m just feeling a bit frustrated for some reason.
