I left due to toxic work environment. Do I just compile personal anecdotes to the best of my abilities? All of my examples are just my personal stories (with witnesses tho) but Im concerned that the “he said she said” storytelling route will come across unprofessional or gossipy. Edit: I care about coming across professional because I want her to take this seriously.
