he got it through a temp agency, so he was a Temp to Hire.
Are they able to do this because he is a Temp to Hire with the temp agency? We are going to call them and see what we can do but off is this even legal?! And if it is that makes me sad, I’ve never worked with a temp so idk how it works.
I’m so upset they dropped him like that, he wasn’t told he did anything wrong or what happened. He kept asking and the only reply he got was “You can go home it’s not working out.”
