My increment is half of what my colleague got even though we had the initial base salary

Hi all, this is my first post here. My company has been good overall to me, the work life balance is amazing and the work load is decent and recently I was promoted. I have completed 2 years at the current job and my boss had been good to me overall. She helped me clear my CFA L1 exam. Upon discussing with my colleague , she mentioned she got a 32% raise. I was shocked, that almost double of what I got. I have been pretty awkward with the whole discussing money thing but I feel a bit cheated. My increment letter has come with the number 17 and It was partly my foolishness but partly I feel it was an unfair practice. My colleague was offered 32% from her boss(different team) but mine offered only 17%. I know performance matters a lot but I never worked half her worth. I was contributing to my team and being promoted is a testament to that. Is it late to re-negotiate or should I be swallowing my pride and moving on?
