My job expects me to pat landlords’ backs, and I’m plotting a revenge quit

I got a job working in the real estate industry (I don't want to disclose too much detail for privacy reasons, but I'm directly involved in the paperwork process of house sales). It's a super toxic industry, and even after just a few weeks of this job I've already met a number of landlords who relish in kicking out tenants after purchasing a property or buy up the limited housing in my small town and outsource renting logistics to this truly awful and sadistic rental management company. As a renter I deal with the reality of shitty landlords firsthand. But because I work in the industry, these people laugh about ruining renter's lives to me like it's nothing. Like renters are just dollar signs and not people struggling to make a living and survive. My town has an awful homelessness crisis for good reason. In addition to all that fun…

In addition to all that fun stuff, I was pretty much harassed my first couple weeks by a female supervisor who also asked me for drugs at one point. If she were a dude I would have taken her to court. Instead I took her ass to HR and now she's not speaking to me. It's made for a pretty toxic work environment. I hate being there but I show up and collect my paycheck while I wait to see what's going to happen.

The thing is, I'm making good money and desperately need the income. I am trying to get something else lined up before I inevitably quit this god forsaken industry, but I'm wondering if there's any, heh, you know…sabotage…that I might be able to “accidentally” do to some landlords' paperwork, under the excuse that I was new and didn't know what I was doing? Or should I focus on actually giving them a piece of my mind when they tell me horrific things they're proud of that they do to renters?

Any ideas, suggestions, etc would be appreciated. Thanks
