As the title says, my boss doesn’t pay time and a half for me or my fellow employees. Apparently in the past an employee attempted a law suit on him but got his lawyers involved and eventually the case was dismissed. Is there any other course of action like department of labor I can take?
I’m currently part time so this doesn’t effect me, but most of my coworkers are putting in 10-12 hour days at a time and don’t get compensated properly being full time hourly workers. Any advice would help. Thanks.
