I work in a California production and packaging warehouse for a HUGE company in the cannabis industry. We are all very tired. And the extra day won't even be overtime pay. We were told we have to voluntarily stay longer than 8 hours on the WEEKDAYS for it to be overtime. There's no way this is legal right?
