I've worked at Target for just over a year as a closer. I have a very open availability 10 am to close everyday except Friday where I can only work until 5pm. However for God knows what reason they decided to try and absolutely fuck me this and next week. Thursday Friday and Saturday I'm working 5pm to close (we usually get out at 11pm) and then next week Sunday Monday Tuesday they scheduled me 4am to 11am. Not only is that way outside my availability, but they seriously expect me to work at 11pm and then 4am the next day. Realistically I'm probably going to only get 3 hours of sleep because of how far away I live. When I called then about this today my scheduling manager was out, but their in tomorrow. If they try to get me to work those 4am shifts then I'm quitting. I think I have enough to survive until next bill cycle at the beginning of the month, which I hope I'll be able to find a similar job in that time.
