I was looking to request off Valentine’s Day in advance to spend with my mom since she doesn’t have anyone to spend it with and gets depressed. Come to find out, on the app, they’ve started blocking off holidays and the days before them so we have no option to request holidays or even the day before them off. I really don’t understand why they need to do this. I can spend another day off instead, but why should I have to?
