My job sucks thanks to low pay.

Today I found out I'm likely the lowest paid employee at my work. I've been there for almost 5 years and new people are starting at a higher pay than me. I have no idea how to deal with this. I can't quit because I struggle to even find a new place to get hired at due to my Autism/Asperger Syndrome. My work does have a union, but I don't know if they'd even bother with me. Today I found out I'm likely the lowest paid employee at my work. I've been there for almost 5 years and new people are starting at a higher pay than me. I have no idea how to deal with this. I like the job, I like the hours, I like my coworkers, but I feel like I have been taken advantage of here. I have worked extra during the holidays thanks to losing a coworker they have yet to replace, but I stopped doing that last month mainly due to stress and wearing my body out. No one even noticed except for the two people I work closely with.

I'm also supposed to get an extra $1 an hour for working overnights, but I have never seen anything that says I got paid that on my pay stubs. If I wasn't paid that, I've calculated I'm owed over $7,000 for the past 5 years I worked there. I don't want to sue for that money, as I do not want to lose this job.

I just do not know what to do….
