Should i take the offer or try to negotiate ?

As background, I am a 25m entry-level data analyst living in Turkey. I graduated from the translation department of one of the top colleges in the country, it is Japanese-English-Turkish translation, but coding and data suited me more. So I switched careers. 3 days ago I got offered a job from a mid-sized data company from Germany that okay'd the remote working situation. The problem is the pay. They offered me € 1000 a month for 5 days a week, 9-5 acc. to my timezone. Bcz of the terrible economy of Turkey, this money still will let me live a pretty good life but I know a few friends similar in competency and education/experience background to me, and they get paid at least 3 times more than me.
