My Last Job VS New Job

My last job (Taco Bell) had me giving my soul every day doing crazy shifts at crazy times (Shoutout to my usual 20 hours shifts) dealing with crazy people and employees that would call out at least once every week. Even though I was working there for a good few years they never gave a F about what I did. They always gave me impossible goals and if you meet them they were always like “It's your job buddy” My new job is completely different, I don't even put 1/3 of the effort that I put into Taco Bell and I get paid almost double, and don't even have a year working there and I'm already promoted and got a raise 3 times and I don't even have a year working there. Is crazy how different everything can be once you get yourself out there.
