So basically I worked as a custodian for my school a few months before I graduated. I liked my job for the first few weeks of me doing it and was praised for my hard work. Then, they hired another person and low and behold, it was a dude that had touched me inappropriately. I should also include that no one took me seriously when it happened. Everyone believed it was basically my issue.
So, when he started working, he wouldn't leave me alone. He never worked and basically just would not stop talking my ear off and acting a fool when I was literally in front of him sweating from working my ass off. He barely did anything. He literally wiped a table and left everything else for me to do. He literally pulled a book off the shelf and started annoying me with it while I worked the entire time.
He would also tell inappropriate and heavily sexual jokes to me and my friend. He also got in the way of other people working. He was reported multiple times but no one did anything and me and her started showing up to work less. I even told my supervisor about what he did and that I couldn't handle being in the same space as him, and nothing was done. He obviously didn't take me seriously.
The worst part? Every student worker was hand picked by the principal and he knew what happened to me and he still had us working together anyways.
