i work for the big W (i hope we all know what that is) and when the schedule came out like 2 weeks ago, it was completely fucked for both me and my sister, cutting our usual hours in half. the next shift i had i told my manager about it and he said he would fix it which had been more than a week ago.
since our schedule did not change for this entire 9 days, we had made plans accordingly only for him to add our shift for tonight this morning…
in our state, the laws don’t say that employers must give 24 hrs advance notice so i can’t pull that card on him but can/should i even fight this?
