The past 3 months I’ve been having horrible stomachaches that make me heavily throw up and had sent me to ER a few times now, one of my manager keeps getting mad at me for calling out bc I can physically can work, I spoke with the GM about the situation but idk what to do, she keeps acting as if my medical condition is false and it’s having a heavy tool on my mental health
