I put in my resignation a few weeks ago, after my boss told me it was ok for me to leave. I was supposed to give a two months notice but instead I'm giving 1 month and 1 week notice, as per my boss approval.
Now my company is going to keep three weeks of salary + taxes, as per contract. Nothing I could do to reach a different agreement.
I tried everything, I know my money is lost. I feel bitter and angry and a fool for putting all my trust in my manager and my company.
Has any of you experienced anything similar?
