– My manager lies to me. Her manager knows it and told her to change, she agreed
– Recently, my manager started writing verbal warnings about me that contain lies
– I have transcripts of phone calls proving that she lies
– For reasons I wont go into here, I cannot quit my job right now
– My state is employee-at-will, so they can terminate me without cause
Three options I see, what are your thoughts?
– go to her manager again
– take it to HR instead
– bypass both and report it to the corporate division that's above HR
