My manager posted a picture of me to Instagram without my knowledge or consent

I work in retail, and the other night I answer the phone and it’s someone asking about a pair of shoes they saw in the background of a post that had a girl in it. The photo and caption weren’t negative in any way but I feel really uncomfortable that she took a pic without me knowing and then decided to post it without saying a word???

I feel sort of violated and uncomfortable. Is this legal? I’m so skeeved out and stressed over this. I’ve been thinking about deleting it when I’m at work but I don’t want to get fired.
