My managers are making up lies about me

Hi guys, so I found out yesterday that the managers at my place of work are making up lies about me and over exaggerating my write ups to the General Manager. Two days ago, I got into an altercation with an employee because she decided to run off and not do her job knowing that we were very busy. It was very stressful doing the job by myself and it made me very anger knowing that I didn’t have to do it by myself and that she was simply just slacking off. So I get into an argument with her about how she’s just lazy and she can’t just abandoned her position for like an hour with no warning. Anyway one of the managers found out about this and I get written up for “being aggressive with other coworkers” when I explained she was slacking off and that’s why I…

Anyway one of the managers found out about this and I get written up for “being aggressive with other coworkers” when I explained she was slacking off and that’s why I was mad the manager simply didn’t pay attention and said “You’re not anyone’s supervisor so don’t tell anyone what to do and deal with the fact that you have to do work by yourself sometimes”. I admit I may have overreacted and an argument was not a good way to solve but my god how can you not be mad when you’re one person doing a 4 person job and we have the staff to do it and they’re all sitting in the break room not on their breaks doing nothing.

Keep in mind I have done my job several times before by myself, most of time for weeks on end, and she knows this. Do my coworkers who literally weren’t doing their job get written up? No. Do they get reprimanded? No. Do they even get a slap on the wrist? No. The next day the General Manager comes to me to talk about the situation and asks why I felt the need to cuss out an employee to which I’m confused. I say I don’t know what he’s talking about because I genuinely don’t like where did he get this from? He was disappointed to say the least and told me to quit playing dumb.

I finally catch on and tell him I never cussed out my coworker, I even told the manager that wrote me up that I never cussed out anyone. He’s not buying it and by now I’ve given up because I can tell he’s not listening.

Later into the work day, my coworkers who had nothing to do with the event are asking me questions about it and criticizing me for cussing out a undeserving coworker. This is what really pissed me off. First they lie to the General Manager (most likely to make him care) but they think it’s appropriate to gossip about it and discuss this matter with me in front of other coworkers.

Absolutely fuck these narcissists that “manage” this place. I’ve already put in my two weeks. I’m seriously considering reporting them for workplace favoritism (it’s illegal in South Carolina). Not to mention this isn’t the first time they’ve treated me like shit, they’ve purposefully stunted my training and have never given me a chance on some of the things in my job description.

I’ve discussed with them several times that I have a mental disability that causes me to overreact in situations that don’t call for it. Yet they still threaten to fire me and don’t even give me a chance. I hate this place and honestly I’m so close to pulling a no show.
