I was going to put my mother's job on full blast and call them out for what they did but I just found out that there might be lawyers involved now so I'll just rant and say what I need to say and move on.
My mom works at a grocery store and got a gun pulled on her over a rotisserie chicken. She protected herself. No shots were fired and the man in question ran.
The cops were not called, no paperwork was filed, NOTHING was done on the end of management. Hince the HR mess.
Thing is me and my family are trying to convince her to leave that job and go somewhere else but “she can't, she has no where to go, the people there need her”
FUCK THAT! It just makes me so made she is going to work now absolutely frightened both because of the shooter and because of piling HR stress.
No job is worth this shit! FUCK this type of loyalty. They are dangling a promotion in her face but are say because this happened they aren't sure how this will affect things…IT SHOULDN'T EFFECT SHIT!
