My mom’s brother offered me an internship at a Fortune 100 company in America, should I accept?

I'm from Canada and the majority of our family are first-generation immigrants mostly living in North America. I grew up in a working-class household and lived in one-bedroom apartments until my parents got better jobs and bought a proper house. I'm about to graduate from university next year and my mom's brother who is a very successful executive offered me an internship at his firm. I graduated from a no-name university with a reputation of being easy to get into, and most people at his firm have masters from top-of-the-line American ivy league schools. Pay is about $80k and moves up to $150-$200k if I become an associate. I did job coops here in Canada and the starting pay is $35k and $60k for associates.
