My mother is being discriminated against and I’m angry

We are scared of reporting it due to retaliation it’s not explicit racism however last night she came home crying and it was the final straw and I decided to see my chances with a lawyer. She is afraid to go to work afraid of opening emails and is isolated in the office. It’s a huge powerful company therefore I’m very scared but I can’t stand to have my mom be miserable anymore everyday please wish me luck pursuing this.
