I'm a repair tech, I get 5+ new calls a day and I need to go back to old calls for parts and repairs. so im now expected to only do 5 calls a day while a huge incoming still comes. I'm happy to oblige to this extreme. if a call fix takes me 15 mins I'm going to sit at the customer for the hour. free breaks all day
