Hi everyone! I work as a curriculum developer in a higher education institution. I had my yearly performance review with my supervisor last week and one thing that was brought up from supervisor that it is apparent the that I thrive and can work under pressure and produce better results.
My supervisor challenged me as my supervisor want to know from me, on what ways can my supervisor support my under pressure mentality? Because when I am not under pressure, my supervisor feels that he has to micromanage me (hold my hand) in my projects.
My question knowing that I can work under pressure? What should I recommend to my supervisor to better support me? Because I don't have any strategies that I can think of. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
