My supervisor threw my stuff out and “reorganized” my desk.

I was sick yesterday and my supervisor covered my desk. I work front desk reception for a medical office. I just started about three months ago. When I got in today I noticed that she had thrown out a bunch of sticky note reminders I had on my desk. They were things like what day to take out the trash, reminders for time cards, and one had a number for the other office. It was the only place I had written down the number for the other office too. Am I wrong in thinking that this is a clear overstepping of boundaries? This isn’t even the first time she’s “reorganized” my desk as the first time I called out sick she took it upon herself to rearrange things that she thought “looked messy”. I organize things a certain way, and having sticky note reminders is incredibly helpful for me to…

Am I wrong in thinking that this is a clear overstepping of boundaries? This isn’t even the first time she’s “reorganized” my desk as the first time I called out sick she took it upon herself to rearrange things that she thought “looked messy”. I organize things a certain way, and having sticky note reminders is incredibly helpful for me to be able to remember things. When I got hired I was explicitly told that my desk was mine to organize as I see fit, but that’s clearly not the case.

Edit: I also just want to make it clear that the sticky notes were in places that the clients could not see them. My desk is placed in a way so that clients cannot see what I am working on. There is also a wall behind my desk, so the only people that would see the sticky notes would be employees that were standing in my desk area or walking back from the back part of the office.
