We recently had our pay reviews, which were nothing less than abysmal (I am less than £20 extra better off despite my efforts and taking onnextra responsibility…yay…) and today how did we get to “celebrate success?” With a pizza party of course!!!!! Oh and ice cream next week…hooray!!!! [/S] And they wonder why people are leaving left, right and centre!!!
