Today I went to start my shift. And I just hear my team leader call my name. “Chloe, Chloe, Chloe idiot” so I went and just asked what it was and she basically said I filled in the wrong holiday forum and didn't write the year (which I did.) She then showed me her sticky note with names of people she must had to pull up/talk to. And she pointed to my name and how she wrote idiot next to my name.
I didn't know what to say I'm shy and I always just laugh things off. And I previously use to do it even when people talk to me like shit at my old job.
