My tyrannical boss is on my case

She took over for our last principal after he’s transferred by the school board. This woman is strict and rules with an iron first, it’s ridiculous. Every teacher has to send in an update on what’s being learned at the start of each week, the school dress code applies at school events and games, and students serve a detention every 3 unexcused tardies. The worse is that, at the end of each day, she gets on the announcements the last 5 minutes of the day and gives a motivational speech. She blabbers on and even goes pass the bell. I started turning the intercom off and not making my class listen. A student in my class told her and I got a disciplinary notice for “going rogue” and “undermining school protocol” but what’s worse is that I was told that if I don’t basically give a groveling apology, it could…

I’m honestly not sorry, but how to give a good apology that doesn’t involving kissing her feet?
