My work has left me responsibilities of a shift lead, I am not a lead nor am I paid like a lead

I work for a restaurant/beverage company. I started out in the kitchen 9 months or so ago and have started another unrelated position within the company at a separate location (2 months ago). I work part time at the other position and my heart & effort lies in making that grow, I also work in the kitchen weekend mornings to supplement the part time hours. The past two days other leads and management have looked to my to ‘hold it down’. I understand why they’d speak to me, I know all of the daily prep work and can work every position in the kitchen. Nevertheless; I work there 2 days out of the week, I am not a lead and there are folks that have been there just as long if not longer that management skipped over when speaking to me. The past 2 days a lead has left and mgmt & the lead spoke to me about what needs to be done and what’s left to knock out before shift change. I use the two days in the kitchen to diffuse, yuck it up with my friends/fellow employees and have a change of pace. I always want to be a team player and helping out where o can is really no sweat off my back. Buuuuut if I’m going to assume the responsibility of a lead and be spoken to like one… Pay me dawg! Maybe it’s me being taken advantage of because of my know-how, maybe it’s me wanting to be a solid team player with what little time I spend back on the old grind. Should I be more hands off when working those days? Should I speak to them about being a lead on those days even though the other gig will be full time in the future? Nevertheless; I punch the clock, do my bid and go back to the other gig I’m passionate about days later.
