I work for an electrical relay manufacturer, and today, they announced the company will only accept 8 hour OT shifts on Saturday. Some departments have voluntary OT and others have mandatory. Their reasoning is that with 4 hour shifts between breaks and meeting, the employees only work for 3 hours.
