My workplace are going from 50% hybrid (2 day/3 day week schedule) to fully 60% (3 day / 3 day week) and are shocked people are instantly talking about leaving.

Like they don't see that asking people to come in an extra day every other week could be a game changer. There is no talk of productivity being down, my direct manager is talking a lot of shit about “Company Culture”, its a fucking nonsense. 50% was already too much, and now they want to INCREASE it.
