They tried gaslighting us into thinking this will be better for us, and i think these execs thought that it would motivate us to work harder, but everyone at work is now saying they will give 10% LESS effort at work. This is also a few months after a massive layoff.
Yeah i'm pretty pissed about it. The next few months will be interesting, this is the first time i've been at a company where my pay was less. Most of my colleagues have started polishing their resumes.
I'm fairly early in my career, but this ordeal has taught me to NEVER be loyal to a company, cause they won't even be loyal to the contract you signed when you started.
