My workplace makes up false accusations so people quit instead of being fired

I work in a medium-sized IT company. I’ve been here for over a year and because I’m not a developer or in any management position, my work here has been relatively drama-free. In fact, I became good friends with some of my coworkers which is how I came to find out my workplace has threatened to file SA accusations against two employees in the past (it’s a fully remote company and one of them was a woman whom I worked with every day), and most recently a coworker with my same position was accused of “plagiarizing” a work document and forced to leave. The salary has been keeping me going so far but every day I’m dreading the moment the higher ups decide they’re done with me and put me through a similar loop. I don’t know if anything can be done because suing them would take time and resources…

I’m at loss.
