Coffee shop job for college time. I told them I’m available mondays,Thursdays,fridays, saturdays. They wanted someone part time so I would work 5 hour shifts usually sometimes a bit more. My college is in a quarter system. So my schedule changed and I noticed my work that this would change I told them a few months in advance.
They told me due to there being less customers and other people working the days. I want to- I can only take the 4am-10am shifts but I told them I will have classes. They stopped giving me shifts. Sometimes I would get a 2.5 hour shift or called the day of to cover someone.
It’s been like 2 months since I worked what do I do? Am I dismissed?
