Our store go a new manager hired from outside the company. They have been terrible to the workers, making orders for some people to work alone on a big task which led to injury, they consistently bully multiple workers and make a very inconsistent schedule favouring some workers over others where one person gets 40hours a week and the rest are surviving on less than 15hours. Work morale at an all time low, store is in the worst condition ive ever seen and to any voiced concernes they reply with “i dont care im the manager!”. Im at a supervisor position and truly worry about about my coworkers it saddens me greatly hearing about the misstretment they experience with this manager. My first time finding courage and that i owe my coworkers to at least try and defend them, im looking for any help and suggestions on what is the best way to report the manager to HR. Another supervisor brought up the problem with DM(district manager) and didnt get a difinitive reply that the issue would be adressed while the work place becomes less and less bearable.
