This is an unusual request. I need a female to join 5/10 mins zoom call and act as a previous supervisor at my job. This is for a new role I want to get but unfortunately, I can't let my current supervisor know that I am leaving because of the bad work environment.
It's for a customer success job. The recruiter already had a phone call with my “supervisor” (my friend) and she gave all the details concerning my time at my current company. The recruiter said that all they need to do now is confirm via video call for 5-10 mins. I would have asked my friend who did the call but she is early 20s and looks too young. You would just need to say you supervised me in a finance role and recommend my work.
I am happy to provide more details and even compensate. I just really need to get out of this role and be somewhere where I can be happy. Thanks
