Never posted on here but I'm hoping some of you can help me out and give me some advice.
So for some background info I have worked just over a year at a part time at a unionized warehouse 32 hours a work, I put in a vacation request all the way in the start of March and heard nothing back, when I pressed my supervisor she'd say “we will talk about it at a later date”.
On Tuesday she called me into her office and told me out of the 5 days I picked to be off 2 of those days are the “busiest” days in are whole calendar year and she just cannot give me those but she could give me the following week off,
problem is my girlfriend already had her vacation approved and can't just change it around now. I can either email her or wait and have another meeting on Friday, I'm really stressed out about what I'm gonna do so I hope this all made sense and some of you can give me some advice.
