I'm resigning from my job because of corporate gaslighting. I asked for a meagre raise and the company did not grant me that. Not just that, they made all sorts of excuses to justify not giving me the money I rightfully deserve because of the work I've put into ideating for this company.
Today my resignation has been accepted. I am their key person for marketing communications. I have access to all of their social media handles, passwords, brand guidelines, frameworks, idea drafts, you get the idea.
Now they're starting a “knowledge transfer” process in my notice period. I want to be mildly infuriating and inconvenience-causing during the whole process so that it doesn't have any major impact that they can hold me accountable for but surely feel frustrated about the same.
What can I do? What are my options?
