a regular 9-5 job is looking pretty appetizing right now

I just got off the worst shift of my life. During the shift the store owner (of a restaurant) told me it's my fault I asked my coworkers how much they make per hour and that I shouldn't be upset that I make the least amount possible (on top of being busy all day and running around with 1 person to help me). If they can recognize that the best employee they have is getting the minimum they can offer and they drag their feet to fix it I'm done. They can suffer without me and I will be happier somewhere else.
