I've created hundreds of documents, informational packets, HPI packets, SOPs, templates, etc for the company I work for with little more than a sliver of an idea from my boss to work off of. He let slip in a meeting today that he views the current business as a “laboratory” where “we” create these things to eventually be sold as a package to other companies.
His new business plan is to take everything I create, strip it of the company name, and sell it.
I make 2k a month after taxes and I don't even get health insurance through them.
I fucking hate it here.
