Ok I’m trying to job hunt and possibly staying in my very large company by moving to another division.
But my question (inspired by another post) is how do I address the problem here.
The client(we are outside management of client employed staff) reduced our staff last April. Since then we have lost more employees.
We are currently 5 staff members short of the already low staff levels they set and the client has not posted job openings. As a side note several of them are people who retired and a couple who moved on to higher paying jobs.
I am in the trenches daily doing hourly work and don’t really mind but I’m about to lose more staff. Two more are retiring. And its too much.
I need to move on and transfer or go to a new company.
Do i say that? I have no problem with talking about the situation in general but how does that come across? Especially if I do an internal transfer.
